The Invisalign® Aligners
How does the Invisalign® approach correct your uneven smile? Our team will take detailed digital images and measurements of your smile, which we use to create a 3D computer model of your bite. Experts in a lab setting will then use these to design and craft a series of custom and clear aligners from a BPA-free acrylic material. You will receive multiple sets of these aligners. Each one is worn for about two weeks and 20 to 23 hours per day. Every two weeks you then switch to the next set in the series as your smile is gradually and gently corrected, a process that could take as little as one year for some patients.
Correcting Your Smile
As your smile is corrected, you can enjoy other benefits of these systems. For example, you can remove them before you eat. Unlike braces, you don’t need to alter your diet or avoid certain items, nothing is getting caught in your orthodontics.
